I know that Oracle has BI extension for MS Office applications. Is BI Publisher Open Office plugin already released? Where could  I download it and how do I install it? Thanks!

Yes it is released for quite some time now. The latest version is 3.3. Check this link here https://www.rittmanmead.com/blog/2010/12/oracle-releases-bi-extension-for-open-office/

Aside from teaching you the step by step process of installing the pug-in, it also tells the add-ons and other features which are added in the office. Hope this answers all of your queries.

Dear Joycedparker,

Oracle BI extension for MS Office applications have been released and the above answer said that clearly, But I would like to put more update on this answer. The latest version of Oracle BI extension for MS Office applications is version 10.1.3.3 and it is available for download you get it from the link below and also you will find the complete tutorial for installing it.
