Hi expert, I’am using windows 7 as my OS. And iam designing an image which has Arabic fonts in it but my PC doesn’t having Arabic fonts. Where can I download artistic free arabic fonts ? please send me the link.

Download artistic free arabic fonts

Greetings Ana,

 

In order to type Arabic letters you don't need to install new fonts (although you can). But the best and easiest solution for you would be to install new language option in your windows and use it for your Need.

Go to your Control Panel first

1. Start -> Control Panel

2. On the upper right comer set View by to Small Icons

3. Locate Region and Language.

4. Open it and go Click Keyboard and Languages and then Change Keyboards.

5. Click Add on the Right middle side of the screen.

6. Locate Arabic on the list press the + and check  Arabic (102) Azerty. It might be different on your OS but it'll sure be Arabic.

7. Press Ok few times.

8. In the taskbar you will see letters saying En . Click on it and you should get something like this. Click on the Arabic.

Make sure you do that in the software you are using. You will be able to type Arabic letters. Just select your favourite font! Some fonts might not have Arabic letters thou.

Hi there Ana,

 

There are plenty of places where you can find free fonts and most of them contains Arabic fonts as well. My favorite two sources of free fonts are the following: 

 

https://www.dafont.com/

https://www.1001freefonts.com/

 

Both of the mentioned webpages have the special section committed to Arabic fonts only and I'm sure you'll find something you'll like.

 

Just in case you don't know how to install the fonts – after you download the package you will most likely need to extract it using a WinRAR or similar utility. Once it's unpacked, just double click on it and the installation wizard will open asking you if you'd like to install the font. Confirm, and it's all done.
