Download for converting layout to schematic.

Hello guys,

I just want to download for converting layout to schematic. When it includes some layouting and other features that will give me a way to do the best layout. I failed to download a full and free version for this software for some reasons I don’t know. For additional information, my computer operating system is windows 7.
