Hello,

Good day. I have a PC in my home. It is a very old PC with low configuration. I have antivirus and windows firewall installed in it. Now, I want to download e books and study for my exams.

I want to know whether my PC configuration directly or indirectly affects this activity.

Please provide me information on this so that I can start reading.

Your pc configuration directly affects your task.You have mentioned that you are going to download ebooks from your pc.If you try to do that your pc will slow down.The solution for this is upgrade your pc or buy new one.You can decide it based on a cost effective way.If you need further clarifications let me know.I am here to help.

Greetings James.

Your PC configuration does affect whether you are able to download/install the e books that you need. The good news however is that the e book readers are not large applications and judging by the fact that an antivirus and a firewall (both considerably larger applications) are running on your machine, then I doubt you will have any problems with your e books.
