Download VNC Server Configuration File for Windows

I was asked to configure VNC Server. But, I've been looking for the configuration file for more than an hour. I can't seem to find it after reinstalling everything in a Windows OS. Is there any website where I could have the VNC config download? Is there any other way?

I see the problem your are encountering right now. I have some step by step solution here that may help you to solve you problem, first follow the
System Requirements:

    System hardware meeting OS requirements
    Windows-compatible graphics card
    Windows-compatible network card
    TCP/IP v4 network stack
    Windows 981
    or Windows Me1
    or Windows NT 4.0 Workstation / Server2
    or Windows 2000 Professional / Server
    or Windows XP Professional / Home3
    or Windows 2003 Server3

After completing the System Requirements you may now install the VNC installer, if VNC server install then a number of icons will created on the Start up Menu and under there you can Configure your VNC server.
