Downloaded songs in Rhapsody is invalid

I just bought 15 songs in Rhapsody store. After downloading all the songs, I instantly clicked it on my music list, but it says the file is invalid. I went back to the Zip file that I just downloaded and then right-clicked it to extract the file. After extracting, the songs are not there and the folder is empty. What can be the cause of this? What should I do next?

Downloaded songs in Rhapsody is invalid

 

If you get the message that the file is invalid, then it means that there was an error with the download, or it could be an encoding issue that Rhapsody needs to examine.

You should first confirm that your download was verified because normally when you purchase songs from the Rhapsody store, you will be emailed a receipt for all your purchases. You can also verify the songs in your purchase history by going on your My Downloads page.
