Downloading themes window 7 starter free

Free themes are found on the Microsoft website.

Solution 1: Right click on the desktop and choose personalize. Below "My Themes" you will find "Get more themes online", click it.

Solution 2: Visit https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/13768/desktop-themes-featured to find more themes. These are safe and free.  

If you want a theme pack (includes complete detail about the appearance of the computer such as theme, sounds, screensaver, icons, etc.), look for themes with filenames that end with .themepack. You can also create your own themepack, just follow the instructions below:

1. Right click on the desktop and choose personalize.

2. Select your preferred theme (could be the one you downloaded).

3. Customize your settings by choosing from the window on the left side of the screen (icons, screensaver, mouse pointer, etc.)

4. Right click on the theme that you have selected and choose save theme for sharing.

5. Choose a filename and save in your preferred location.

You can change and delete the theme pack anytime without any hassle.
