Hi expert, I am working at Maaga health and safety department. For my work I want to draw a safety system diagram using MS PowerPoint. I am not much experience in MS Office. So, I don't know how to insert diagram on MS PowerPoint. I have all details that want add in diagram. I just want to know how insert and edit diagram. And send some helping tutorial explanations for how to draw a diagram. If there any better software than MS PowerPoint please suggest. Thank you.

Draw a business system diagram on MS PowerPoint

You can use the drawing toolbar in Ms Power point to draw diagrams. It's easier than what you think.

1.  Open a new slide in power point.
2.  Click on the View option in the menu bar and choose the option to enable grids in the slide.
3.  Click on AutoShapes in the bottom left corner of the window, and chose any object from the Flow Chart window.
4.  You can resize the objects, drag it to any place in the slide and add text to it.
