DVD key exchange error: Key exchange copy protection

Hello,

Always I try to play a DVD i get an error regarding key exchange copy protection error. currently I am using MS 4.5 Build 223. Those DVD is playing well on my laptop. But through MS I am unable to play it. This is a Christian movie for my youth group.

Please suggest some solutions for this.

DVD key exchange error: Key exchange copy protection

This sounds like a codec problem. Make sure you are using the right codec pack and the latest version of the software as that should solve your problem. Also, you should try running the MS as an Administrator.

 

One more thing to try is to roll back your video drivers, just to make sure there is no problems with the compatibility of your video card and the software.
