Dvd-r couldn’t write anymore/can’t burn anymore

Hi There!

DVD disk burning problem. Please help me. My DVD writer is a Samsung product. It reliable and good CD/DVD writer all over the world. So normally I use it. But sometimes I cannot write any DVD or CD disk. It has a writing problem already that's why it cannot burn anymore.

Hi Lucille,

 

I also experience that kind of errors when my CD burner doesn't burn anymore. I used it for 3 years already. My CD can still read files but cannot burn anymore. I ask to the manufacturer and i found it out that the CD burner has an expiration on it's burning capacity.

 

This is what happens when the middle of the laser are almost gone. It can only read files but cannot burn anymore. Symptoms would be error on the disk, when you burn a file it burns for just a minute, when it reaches to the point when it's almost finish the burning process suddenly stops and display errors that cannot continue to burn because of the disk errors.

 

 

Solution:

 

In order you to burn files again try to use another DVD drive, or just buy a new one.

Hello,

 

The problem of that is the free installer of your CD/DVD Rom because it is not updated. To solve that is try to install Nero latest version or updated that is licensed and after you can burn anytime what you want.
