Hi Mates,

How can i fix this error message 0x80042108.what is it,in the first place?

Please help me any one..?

E-mail not sending from Outlook

Hi Sam,

Here's your inquiry about the error message you're getting;

I have tips on how to fix this error message and suggestions to prevent this from happening.

Troubleshooting steps:
1. Check firewall and antivirus settings, disabling it first.
2. Check settings for POP3 and SMTP settings.
3. Recreate email account, close and re-open email client.
4. Check webmail if you can send and receive email.
5. If everything fails, possible email software issue.

E-mail not sending from Outlook

Hi,

• Here are the Resolution Related To: 0x80042108
• This is an error that is caused by Anti-Virus or Anti-Spam programs, especially Norton Internet Security. What you need to do is to disable the security software and then close and reopen the email client to download email. Once the email is downloaded, close the email client and restart the security software.
• Open the email client and you may try send an email to yourself.
• If error still persists you will have to contact Antivirus or Anti-Spam program software vendor.
• This often caused by faulty Internet Security software and or the email client itself.
