EaseUS Todo Backup – Unable to send data

Hi guys,

The problem is with my free backup software EaseUS Todo Backup. I created a backup of my D drive.

I found one of my image file with size approximately 1 TB was followed by backup with an error message as under.

It has failed to send data. How can I get a remedy of this issue?

Please help.

Hi,

There might be an issue in the file system because of a virus of a bad file. Try to do a complete virus scan before you do a back up. Then try backing up again. If problem still exist. Uninstall the program and try doing a fresh installation. Now back up again. If it still says the same, try getting a different setup file for the software as it might be an issue with the software file. You might want to check your system and software requirements as well to make sure both of the things are compatible with each other.  You even can try using different backup software as well.
