Hi.

I am a total non-IT person with no background in IT. I have this PDF that needs to be converted to Excel. I don’t even know the steps for the conversion. So can you please guide me through the same? It will be really helpful. Also, what software can be used so as to convert PDF File into Excel with not too many charges involved? Thanks in advance!

Easy use of Office applications: how to convert PDF File into Excel

Hi. It is okay not to have an IT background. That is what we are here for. If you need to convert your document from any format to a PDF or vice-versa then I think Adobe is the best option for you.

The steps to convert PDF File into Excel are as follows-

1) Open the Adobe software

2) Browse the File that needs to be converted

3) There will an Export PDF tool indicated on the right side of the window which needs to be clicked on

4) Then choose the export format i.e., spreadsheets. Click on MS Excel workbook

5) Select export.

6) Give the File a name that you would like to give it and Save it wherever accessible.
