Eddy Pro: Oops an error has occurred

Hi Chaps,

I am using Windows Vista Ultimate as my operating System and did installed the EddyPro Express software. 

I have not used this software before, and currently I am having tough time interpreting the error that I that I have come across.

Oops, an error has occurred.

Double check the project parameters and check the output console for more information.

OK

I am wondering if anyone has used this software before and can guide me to fix this issue.

Eddy Pro: Oops an error has occurred

 

Hi,

The problem seems to arise due to a change in the settings of EddyPro. This problem should not occur if the settings are default. If you have changed any settings previously then change them back to the default settings. If you do not remember any changes made in the settings try the following:

1. Download the latest version of EddyPro from the official website of eddypro.

2. Make sure you check the compatibility of the software with your computer. Download the version that is supported by your system.

3. Install the software and restart your system.

4. Run eddypro from desktop. You will get the welcome screen on your monitor. See the screenshot below:

5. Click on new project and create your project.

Eddy Pro: Oops an error has occurred

Hello Karamel,

That is possibly a compatibility error issue. You will need to check the Eddy Pro app and if it is not meant to be used for Windows Vista Ultimate OS you will need to download another version that is compatible. Or the installation might have had issues and therefore you will need retry it.
