EdgeRouter system failed to upgrade

Hi,

 

I was attempting to upgrade Edge Router System but the System Upgrade Failed due to some error message. What could be the cause for this error? I need your assistance to resolve this issue. Provide solution step by step so that I may fix this.

EdgeRouter system failed to upgrade

Hello,

This is a common problem in updating your Edge Router System. This issue evolves because in some cases there is memory exhaustion which prevents the system from upgrading and displays an error message. This issue can be resolved by simply rebooting your Edge Router System before the upgrading. For further help, directly contact the customer support for EdgeMax.
