Editing dbf file in excel 2010 and saving the edited version

What procedures do I have to take in order to edit a dbf file in excel 2010, be able to save it and open it as a completely new dbf file without ant change of format or any distortion

Good day Miss Grace,

Regarding to your question, about editing a file in excel,

My suggestion to you is open the DBF file then edit the file as what you would in Microsoft Excel and save the file as DBF file. If it doesn’t work with Microsoft excel 2010, then do it with older version. And you can also do it or save it as DBF using Access.
