Dear,

If you are comparing Gmail and Yahoo Mail then both have the same size of 25 Mb. The most secure and fast is Gmail as compare to Yahoo Mail. So I will recommend Gmail instead of using yahoo Mail.

Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, AOL and Microsoft outlook have limited size of sending and receiving emails which is not above 25 Mb. So if you need to send bulk file (heavy files) to the recipient you must try something else quite similar to the e-mail facility. 

There is a service available which is known as 'Mail Big File'. It is very easy and secure to use. You have to upload the file which will be stored online. You will mention the recipient and he/she will receive and email containing the link of the file and file can be downloaded by clicking that link. You can view the service on the below link:
