Can you please help me on my email? Whenever I received new messages it goes to outbox. I tried to resetting profile but it’s still the same. Then, I decided to delete all profiles, uninstall and reinstall outlook on new drive, new profile created and folders are updated but still nothing helps. I don’t know what other settings need to be change.Â

Email Messages goes to Outbox

Good day! All your email messages goes to outbox because the set up on your email is USE CACHED EXCHANGE MODE. You can resolve this issue by doing the following steps:

Click start

Go to settings
-
Select control panel and click MAIL
-
Hit data files and then Email account
-
You need to double click the MICROSOFT EXCHANGE SERVER

Close the window
-
Open your outlook and you will see the difference
Another reason is because you are working offline. Go to file > menu and then click work offline. And then on TOOLS, you need to point SEND/RECEIVE click the account you want to message.
