Hi,

There have a lot of email tracking program or software for Email marketing. You can choose any one of them for regarding that issue. Here I describing about an email tracking software which I used personally.

RedNotify is a nice software which I already used for my personal purpose. This is certified software for Email service. It can track the mail and can also track the IP address for the recipients of the email. You can also track the Microsoft Word document or Microsoft Excel document by use the RedNotify software.

You can able trace the location of your email sender by use this software.

Since you are looking for an email tracking software then Email Tracker 1.0 would be great for you. This is great for different organizations that usually receive thousands of email messages each day.

It is an easy to use utility software that is able to extract or pull out email addresses from files with extensions like .doc, .txt, and or .rtf.

The email addresses can then be maintained in a database for future references.
