Can anyone tell me the way of configuring contact email sharepoint? Can I use third party software or, there is any options to configure it manually. Should I install any software? Please help me to figure it.

You could activate or configure a SharePoint 2010 document library for incoming emails in Windows itself.
Steps are:

Make sure to activate SMTP features on the SharePoint Server by making sure to login local server

configuration of incoming email settings  by installing SharePoint central administration

configuration of SharePoint Document library for incoming mails by switching to document library settings.
