I am using Windows server 2008 for some time now. I want to create Shadow Copies Server 2008 in it without any difficulties. How do we create Shadow copies?

Enabling Shadow Copies Server 2008 On My Computer.

By default, Shadow copies are created on the same volume. Enabling and configuring the shadow copies of shared folders can be done by the following method:

1. In Server 2008, open computer management.
2. Right-click on Shared Folders, All Tasks, and click on Configure Shadow Copies.
3. Select where to enable Shadow copies and click on Enable.
4. Default settings changes by clicking on Settings.
