Encoding Error when I open my MS Office files
Hi,
I had stored my important office files on a USB drive. I was of the view that in such a way, I would be able to recover my data in case  of System Crash. But when it did happen i.e. my system crashed, I'm unable to recover my original .doc files.Â
I copied my .doc files from the USB to my Computer after Clean install. And now whenever I double click them to open, it says, select Encoding Scheme. And when I select English (US) or something, the whole document looks as if some code.Â
Please help, how to resolve this encoding issue ?
