Hi guys,
I have installed windows 7 on my system. Recently I installed DVD shrink on my PC for taking backup of some of my disks. The software was installed successfully but when I try to take backup of a disk, it won't let me do it.
The encoding process starts successfully but it gets stuck at 91%. It is only happening for one particular disk. All other are working perfectly fine. I am using the 3.2.0.15 version of DVD shrink. The screenshots of encoding stuck at 91% are attached below:
91% Encoding

DVD Shrink 3.2

I don’t know what to do next. Does it has something to do with the version of the software because the version I am using is 2004 version which is I think quite old. Has it been updated or not, I didn’t find any information regarding this.
If anyone has any information, please shed some light on this issue. I'll be really thankful to you all.
Waiting for your replies.
Thanks.
Encoding problem with DVD shrink
Hi there Gloria:
Thanks for trusting us regarding this/your issue/problem. DVD Shrink is no longer supported the version. You're right, it has something to do with the software version. The version you have now is not the latest one. It won't work on any modern disk my dear.
You can visit below site for more concern. I hope this will help you.

Encoding problem with DVD shrink
Hi Gloriawburbage
Every time you will find this error because of a structural protection. Which DVD shrink does not recognize.Â
The Files you are trying to encrypting, it could be possible that the particular disk have that kind of protected stuff that’s why you got an errorÂ
Here is a simple and tricky way to get off from this problem.Â
First of all you should need to rip the DVD to your Hard Disk by using anydvdripper via rip video DVD to hard disk.Â
After doing this now import your files from hard disk to DVD shrinkÂ
Encrypt that files again, It'll work fine this time
I hope it’ll resolve your problem
