Encounter an Error during the execution of a Window

This may be very familiar to the Lotus Notes users when they try to execute an application and it ended with an error messages sayings “An Error Occurred While Opening a Window.”

According to my experience with Lotus, it results so because of its previous erroneous shutting down. However you may done with this either by rebooting the system or ending up each process via Task Manager.

Dear Halton

I have read your question and I see you are facing some problems with the Lotus notes application, and you are right because this error messages appears when Lotus notes doesn’t shut down correctly.

Here is how to fix the issue:

1. When this error appears try restarting your windows and see if this will solve the problem.

2. If you are still getting the same error while opening the Lotus Notes application, then you will have to download a utility tool called kill notes (this utility clean the lotus notes errors and help you restart the program without having to restart the windows).

Unfortunately this error happens a lot but with kill Notes application you should be able to start the program without the error.
