I'm doing a cleaning up of unused files in my computer and suddenly encountered a problem when some files were getting deleted. Prompts such as this,
"Cannot delete file: 'Cannot read from the source file or disk.'
Error Deleting File or Folder
Cannot delete file: Cannot read from the source file or disk."
My work was stuck on thinking about what to do with these unusable huge files.
How can I delete those files? Need your expertise folks.
Thanks.

Don't Worry as it can be solved Very Easily,
All You Have do is that You should clear all the associated data from the memory and then you can delete all this data!
For clearing the associated data, Go to Task Manager > Process.
Then Stop That Associated Process and Then Delete those Files.

If you are doing some cleaning in your hard drive, don’t do it manually.
I mean don’t inspect every file and then decide if you are going to delete it because its size is quite big and you want to free up some space. If you will be doing it manually, you are going to increase the risk of getting some of the system files deleted and getting your Windows to crash.
If you want to clean your computer from any unwanted files, empty the recycle bin, clear the browser’s history including the cache and stored cookies, use the Disk Cleanup.
This tool will clean any downloaded program files, temporary internet files, recycle bin, temporary files, webclient/publisher temporary files, and compress old files if you are using an NTFS file system. To open Disk Cleanup, click Start,
All Programs, Accessories, System Tools.
