MS-Powerpoint Encountered a Problem and needs to close

Hi,

I am working on my presentation using PowerPoint.

I met this error, I pasted below the huge screen shot.

Microsoft Office PowerPoint has encountered a problem and needs to close.

We are sorry for the inconvenience.

The Information you were working on the might be lost.  Microsoft Office Access can try to compact and repair your open database.

I met this error days ago, and it did not come back anymore, that is why I did put any mind on it. This error will pop up without any exact scenario. I mean on any part of the application, this happens, even when I was about to insert pictures to my presentation.

With my frustration on the error, I restarted my computer and booted again my Windows home edition. I am back again working on my presentation, the same error pop-up again. Please help me with this error, so I can finish my presentation. I might be dead tomorrow if I could not finish this.

Dear,

This thing usually happens when some files of Office are corrupted or the data is corrupted that we are inserting in the PowerPoint presentation or any other office administration software.

The best  way is to use corrupt free data. If you are sure your data is ok then it may be fault of your corrupted files of MS Office package or may be only PowerPoint corruption, so i think so that you should re-install your Office package software and try again.

If tomorrow you are really dead to submit your presentation then much more solution is that install older version complete the presentation and then install the new one again.

But I hope if you re-install MS Office your query will be solved successfully.

Hi good day,

You know I encountered this kind of problem during opening my Excel and some of this files being missing or corrupted.

To repair the corrupt file:

1. Get your Microsoft Office CD installer and put it into the CD-ROM.
2. Then the setup of the Microsoft Office will flash in your screen.
3. Find repair. In these steps the corrupted file will be repaired
4. Open the Microsoft Excel and it will be ok.
