Encountered a problem while using Adobe Photoshop CS2

I recently encountered a problem while using Adobe Photoshop CS2 on my laptop that uses Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit. While I was editing some photos the following message appeared. My Windows is not in safe mode and everything is installed as it should. Is there anybody out there that can give me an idea on what I should do?

Adobe Photoshop CS2 – setup

Error 1719. The windows installer service could not be

accessed. This can occur if you are running windows in

safe mode, or if the window Installer is not correctly

installed. Contact your support personnel for

assistance.

Encountered a problem while using Adobe Photoshop CS2

Hi Minty Mickey, oh it seems that what you have encountered or what your computer has encountered is a corrupted or bad file and that is the reason why your pc is prompting you with that error. The best solution for you is to reinstall your photo shop. If the same error appears, either reboot your pc to normal mode or install another photo shop.
