Energy blue theme pack for Windows XP changes the appearance and it is good Visual style. Does it only works with English XP/2003? What about other languages? How to make it to work properly with other languages?

Energy blue theme pack for Windows XP

Hi,

This Energy blue theme works fine with English XP/1003. However, you need to know that this works well only for English language. It does not fit well with other languages. There is a reason behind this. The start button might be misplaced for other languages and hence never try it for other languages.
