Enkompass application showed Unexpected error

Hi,

I am using Enkompass application, which gives me an unexpected error during loading the page. I need your help to resolve the following error. Why does error come and how to solve it?

Enkompass application showed Unexpected error

Hi Jason,

                You may want to check if the password for your Enkompass service account was changed. You may have recently changed your password for the account that you used to install Enkompass. If somehow you did you can set it in Server manager and then click on Web Server IIS7 and then update the password there also.
