Hi. My desktop was recently attacked by a Win32 Trojan virus and I can't use my printer anymore. I'm having a Windows registry error when trying to print. I tried using the Epson driver registry mechanic but I'm still having the same error. I have the Epson Expression Home XP200 All-in-One printer. Can someone help?
Epson driver registry mechanic did not fix the problem

Hi Elsietbrown,

For this, you will have to completely uninstall the installed driver in your PC first. Since your PC was attacked by a virus, some files or registry required by your printer may have been deleted or altered. The best first step is to reinstall the driver of your printer ONCE you finish doing a full computer scan.Â
