The best ER diagram is the one that comes out of the best imagination. There are no right or wrong ER diagrams; there are only good or bad ER diagrams. To make an ER diagram, you need to identify the entities and establish a relation between them. For a cybercafe you can have the following entities –

Owner, customer, the payment that the customer makes, customer account, etc. Have a look here
