Hi guys.
Before posting this problem, I searched the forums first. But the search results were hidden for my query "127", so sorry if this has been covered on previous occasions. Anyway, a failed upgrade to latest Extreme Security Suite lead me to uninstall ZoneAlarm using the clean-up tool.
Re-installation fails about 30% into the process with an "error 127". Can someone tell me what this is and how can I fix it? I am using XP SP3 on a powerful self-built PC, which has never faced ZoneAlarm troubles in the past.
Every fresh restart, I attempted to install a previous ZoneAlarm Version 10 & ZoneAlarm Version 9 and the same error pops up each time. I think this may be caused by a registry entry trouble.
Please help me. Thanks.
