As I was carrying on an installation I was shown the following error message. The error code was shown 1311.

Error 1311. Source File Not Found

To install a program, system requires to read .cab file and “error 1311” is the result of inability of reading this .cab file.
“Error 1311” and also the others (1335, 2350) are caused when:
The application installer can’t read the file from the source disk like CD, USB or anything else.
If the installation file is compressed like in .rar or .zip format.
If the antivirus program of your computer interrupts the installation of file.
To fix error, follow these steps:
1. Check the Installation CD for damage,
2. Extract compressed installation files,
3. Re-Install the CD-ROM device,
4. Scan your PC for viruses,
5. Clean out the registry
