An error message is constantly showing up saying: “Error 1316 and Cannot access JAVA JARLIB JAR. Unable to access Jar file LIB/MP3 rocket.jar." I had successfully installed my MP3 Rocket software but I couldn’t open it. I tried seeking online help but I get no response yet. I also have tried sending inquiries to JAVA online but still no reply.
Please help me I’m getting so paranoid now. I wanted to get to MP3 forum but I could not log into it because it does not open. Any suggestion is highly appreciated. I would be very glad to have immediate response on this.

After working with a similar issue, and looking for a solution for a weak, I spotted the actual culprit which causes this error. Basically it is not the MP3 software, rather it’s the java installed on your system. Do the following procedure, and hopefully your problem will be resolved.

Go to Control Panel – Add/Remove Programs, and uninstall ALL of Java.

Restart your system.

Go to Java Website, and download and install the latest java in your system. Again restart your system.

Then if required you have to reinstall the MP3 Rocket again.
This procedure helped me in resolving the issue in one Win 7 desktop, and one Win XP Notebook.
