During the set up trial of Microsoft Office Professional 2007, I encountered Error 1317 in which I cannot create a folder and the path doesn't exist. Â Is there something wrong with the program or in my PC? Please help me find a solution for this.

Microsoft Windows 7 was equipped with a lot of security options that sometimes makes as crazy because of security errors that we have received. Installation requires an administrator account to run the installation software. You may also try to right click the setup.exe then select run as administrator on the pop up menu.
Please check also if your installation disk in hand is the original installer from Microsoft. There are so many installation disks today that is pirated that looks like original installation disk. Pirated installation disk sometimes contains error. Better to have the original installation disk so that you may have the full support from Microsoft.
