Maybe because you already deleted all the AutoCAD files inside My Documents folder, that’s why you cannot uninstall it. If you wish to remove or uninstall a program, don’t manually delete any of its files especially if the application has some files stored in My Documents folder. You will encounter a problem once you uninstall it because all of its files will be checked before uninstalling.

When a program is uninstalling, all it does is delete all the files it copied during the installation including registry entries it added to the Windows registry. If there is a file missing upon checking, it may or may not continue with the uninstallation. In your case, since you already deleted all the files from My Documents and you can no longer uninstall it, the best way to fix it is to install AutoCAD 2011 again.

This way the application will restore all the files and it is now possible to uninstall it properly. Just run the installer for AutoCAD 2011 even if it is still installed on the computer. It will just overwrite any existing files. Once it is reinstalled, click Start, Control Panel then select Add or Remove Programs. Select AutoCAD 2011 and uninstall it.
