Encountered the following error when trying to install Pragmatech RFP Express.

Need the software ready for training sessions Note that I am unable to print screen shot, details of error is as follows, Pragmatech RFP Installer Information Error 1406.

Could not write value LOGGING to key SoftwarePoliciesMicrosoftWindowsInstaller. Verify that you have sufficient access to that key, or contact your support personnel.

Hi Ippon,

Your Windows installer may have reached the limit on the registry limitations. It holds true when you using the older version of windows operating system like Windows 95, 98 and ME. You may want to try and use windows installer 2.0 for you to be able to install the application. If you are using a newer version of the Windows operating system, it is most likely that you do not have administrative rights on the computer to install the application. You may want to update your access and set it to Full Control so that you can install the application.
