Error 15 when converting video files in H.264 Codec

I am trying to convert .flv to .avi files and 3gp files format using H.264 Codec.

When I tried media coder (mobile version),

I got the error message “Audio and video cannot be mixed together (error 15).”

I need to solve this problem as soon as possible.

I will be using the video for a project presentation so if anyone here knows how to fix the error, please help me.

Or send me other software alternative that is capable of converting video files.

To resolve that problem, you will need to follow the steps that follows:

You will need to open the original movie file using the QuickTime Player application, so I am supposing that you have installed it on your computer.
After that you will go to the Window menu, and there you will need to choose Show Movie Info.
And then you will need to click the More Info disclosure triangle in the Movie Info window in case it is closed.
You will need to note the entry next to "Format."

After that you can try to convert the files again and see if they will work well this time round.
