Error 16 after Photoshop CS5 installation

Hi,

I installed a trial version of Adobe Photoshop CS 5 on my computer running Windows 7 ultimate. After the installation when I tried to launch the program I got a configuration error with Error code 16. The program won’t continue to launch so I had to quit.

Any ideas why am getting this error?

Error 16 after Photoshop CS5 installation

Go to Start > Computer > Organize > Folder And then search options, and then on click the View tab.

In the Advanced Settings section, deselect the Use Sharing Wizard (Recommended) option and click OK.

Navigate to Program FilesCommon FilesAdobe.

Right-click the Adobe PCD folder and choose Properties.

In the Attributes section, deselect 'read only', click Apply, and then click on ok.

In the Security tab, make sure that Administrators and System are listed and permissions for security are set to Full Control.
