“Error: 17 REJECTED_USER_LIMIT” while uploading photos on Picasa

Hello experts,

My Picasa always displays "Error: 17 REJECTED_USER_LIMIT" while I'm trying to upload the photo to Picasa Web Album if the photo dimension less than 800px. 

When I joined the Google+ network, photos less than 2048px cannot be uploaded. Please, help me with correct suggestions.

“Error: 17 REJECTED_USER_LIMIT” while uploading photos on Picasa

I just found out a solution in your problem.

The error is being caused by uploading a very large quantity of pictures to Picasa web and the picture that you have already uploaded in Picasa should not be reuploaded to Google+ because the pictures that you upload in Picasa web will be stored on your Google account and to give you a note this error is not related to the amount of free space you still have.

Please try uploading your files in a slowly manner for the server not to have trouble with your files just upload few pictures and I think there are some rules of the size of the picture of the image

Hi Brent , 

It seems you are having problem with uploading photos in Picasa ,We all know Google is one of the most storaged internet service with variety of services within them , they currently own the worlds most number of servers . They have a huge setup platform ,

The problem here Error: 17 REJECTED_USER_LIMIT is nothing but related solely to memory issues , error 17 is caused because of time problems , Google have a special program of controlling their spam and other mal activities , You cannot upload photos of more than 1GB at a time , Give it a small amount of time to process , While trying to upload this massive load you are getting this error , if you have so many photos upload little by little day by day , if you cant wait means buy some space from Google , then you can upload to more than 30 GB in one go
