Error 2318 while Uninstalling Symantec Endpoint Protection

Hello,

 

While uninstalling Symantec I am getting errors. Also I am not able to delete the Symantec folder under C:Program Files either it gives me an error. How can I uninstall it?

 

Error 2318.file does not exist. C:Program FilesSymantecSymantec Endpoint Protection.

Error 2318 while Uninstalling Symantec Endpoint Protection

Hello James,

Since uninstalling doesn't work you should use the clean wipe utility which is provided by Symantec Technical Support. You can get it by contacting them through an online support ticket at MySymantec on the Symantec Enterprise support page.
