I answered Microsoft Publisher Quiz at http://www.academictutorials.com/. After answering 19 sets of questions, I submitted my answers and encounter following error message on the next page.

Error 80020009 on answering Microsoft Publisher Quiz Online

You cannot fix the problem because the problem is happening on the host site. You are only affected because you use their program. The only thing that you can do is report to the website owner that there is a problem on their site that needs to repair because it is affecting you.

For the answers you can get it to the website you just have to request it.
