Error after loading Fix-it Center

While loading Fix it Center, It stopped… gave me Error Code 16977921–2147024891, then this message,"unable to load troubleshooters, please check internet connection." 

Please help me.

Error after loading Fix-it Center

There is a great chance that your computer is infected with virus and you need to clean it.

Mostly this might be the case that you are really not connected to the internet so before doing anything else check your PC connection and the LAN wire. Check if the network lights are blinking and that the computer is connected properly.

1. After that download and install a good antivirus like ESET NOD32.
2. Also run some online scanning websites.
3. There is also an online guide for this. The whole description is included there too. you can see it from this link.
4. Download and install all the latest updates from the official Microsoft link from here. Normally it includes all the fixes and updates that your computer need.
