Make sure you are using the right type of disc supported by the program and that the program is set to use the correct disc type as what was inserted in the optical drive of your computer. Adobe Encore CS5.1 supports Windows Vista 64-bit [Home Premium, Business, Ultimate, Enterprise] Service Pack 1, Windows 7 64-bit, and Mac OS X [10.5.7, 10.6.4]. This version doesn’t work with any 32-bit operating systems and only works on 64-bit platforms. It also requires a much faster processor like Intel Core 2 Duo, AMD Phenom II, or any multi core Intel processor for Macintosh computers.
