The error message prompted typically means one of the Microsoft components which support the AutoCAD execution is having problems. Therefore, in order to solve this issue, please perform the following steps below:

2. Under General Tab, click on Diagnostic Setup.

4. Then, click on OK to restart your machine with the new configured settings.
Once your computer has reloaded, please log in as Administrator to perform the following steps:
1. Go to Start and select Control Panel.
2. Next, go to Programs. Please uninstall the entire versions of Microsoft .NET Framework installed in your computer.
3. Similarly, please perform the step 2 above on Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable.
4. Again, please reload your machine into diagnostic mode as performed in the previous step.
5. After that, please insert the AutoCAD 2010 DVD.

Error Autodesk 2012 on Windows XP 32bit
First off:
1. Have you tried restarting your computer after you've installed Acad?
2. Do you have a previous AutoCAD software installed?
3. What system are you using and what is it's specification? Are you using a 64bit version or 32bit?
Please provide me this information first so I can help you more with your concern. But as a suggestion you can try the ff:
1. Restart your computer (If this doesn't work proceed with the next step)
2. Create a new user account on your machine and try running AUTOCAD there.
If it works.. try closing running applications on the other user account and try it again.
If it still doesn't work on the other useraccount delete the contents of the Windows Temp folder but do not delete the Windows Temp folder itself
If AutoCad won't work on both user accounts. Uninstall and Reinstall the software. Before reinstalling, make sure to check the C:program files and delete AutoCad/AutoDesk folder
Let me know if this helps.
