Hello,
I am unable to install the new XenApp Online Plug-in for Hosted Apps 11.2 and getting the following error message. What should I do now to fix this problem. I searched online for a solution but can’t fix the error. I am expecting that you may assist me in a proper way. Thanks.

There can be several things that can cause this error.
1.  It can be that the plug-in is in conflict with the installation of the client.
2.  There is a possible file corruption in the XenApp plug-in installation.
3.  An application like the anti-virus may have interfered and block the correct installation of the plug-in.
To solve this please uninstall the application. Go to control panel and click in add/remove programs.

To address any file corruption you will have to run the tool found in the following link:
https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX137494
This will delete any files remaining after installation.
Then run the FTACLEAN tool to reset any previously registered application. You can found this tool in the following link:
https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX106280
At last, check for start-up programs that may be interfering with the installation.
After you got this, try installing XenApp plug in again.
