Error Code 0x800c0008 disables me inserting clip art in Office XP Program

I'm getting an error when trying to insert a clip art image in an Office XP program: "Clip Organizer cannot complete the operation." Error Code 0x800c0008. I have this problem with both my PCs. Why is this happening? Thanks.

Error Code 0x800c0008 disables me inserting clip art in Office XP Program

The Error Code 0x800c0008 may occur if the firewall settings is blocking the access to Microsoft Office Online Clip Art and Media Web site. To fix this issue add the website https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Add-clip-art-to-your-file-0a01ae25-973c-4c2c-8eaf-8c8e1f9ab530?legRedir=true&CorrelationId=c89075c4-2b74-41e8-a53a-857477c3f268&ui=en-US&rs=en-US&ad=US to the trusted Web site list in the firewall settings.

Hi Ave,

The Microsoft office 2003 and 2007 can directly access thousands of clip arts at  Microsoft office online .As you need to go online to insert clip-arts so you need internet connection and make sure that your firewall is not blocking  the site; https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Add-clip-art-to-your-file-0a01ae25-973c-4c2c-8eaf-8c8e1f9ab530?legRedir=true&CorrelationId=c89075c4-2b74-41e8-a53a-857477c3f268&ui=en-US&rs=en-US&ad=US, if its blocking then add it as a trusted site  then it should be solved.
