Error code: 711 Invalid class strings.

I am exhausted with the following problems. 

 

Error code: 711

Invalid class string.

Looking for object with ProgID:

I will be highly glad if you give me a solution.

Error code: 711 Invalid class strings.

 

Hi Goldman Diane,

This may caused for the wrong entry. You may be entered a wrong string in a field which does not support or made for the string. You can try uninstalling and then installing again the software. Primarily you can delete the company you added in the software and start with a fresh entry.

Error code: 711 Invalid class strings.

There must be an access problem to a certain file which contains the class details. So the best thing to do is to close the program and then Run the program as a Super user (In Windows 7 right click on the program and click Run as Administrator).
If it doesn't solve the problem re-do the steps after rebooting the computer.
