Error Code: 80048820
Extended Error Code: 8004816
Is it possible that when users booted you in chat windows, the program will be corrupted?
After the user booted me, I can no longer sign in the Windows Live Messenger. The error popped -up on the screen.
I did the Restart option, and the error remains active. Now I am using Yahoo Messenger but I still want to fix the error before other programs get affected.
Please guide and help me in fixing the problem by posting your answers here!
Looking forward to your suggestions.
Thanks.

Hi there, Mikki here
Your problem there is caused by an incorrect Microsoft SSL Internet Explorer Setting and happens occasionally, here's a very simple way you can do to fix the problem.
It's easy, just follow these steps:
-
Go ahead and start Internet Explorer.
-
Go to Tools and then go to Internet Options.
-
Now then navigate to the Advanced Tab.
-
Now under Security section tree, uncheck the Check for server certificate revocation(requires restart) check box.
-
Click the OKÂ button next.
-
Close Internet Explorer and try to sign up again in Windows Live Messenger.
I hope this helps you with your problem.
