Error Code 90030002 After MC 5.0.4 Upgrade

Hi experts,

Until  this day, I've been on MC 5.0.4…PluralEyes has been employed High for us! Today, we upgraded to MC 5.5.2 and now I get the followers error when I try to run a sync: Exception occurred. Error code 90030002 (MXF_INVALID_FILE_PATH).

the version of MC changed but nothing else. Any solutions?

Error Code 90030002 After MC 5.0.4 Upgrade

Hello Dexter,

The cause of the error that you are getting should be something to do with the characters in the audio in case you have got any other language, for instance Greek, German, Chinese or any other language that is not English.

To resolve the issue, you will need to do the following:

• Rename the audio track, or the song.
• You will also need to rename the master clip and after the re-import it.
• For instance, if you have got a track with a name in Greek, you will need to rename it with an English name and after that re-batch in order to create a new mxf.
• The software should work well after that.
